Cancellation Policy

Any registrations on this site will only be completed once full payment is made online. 
 

Cancellations for online or in-person classes and 1:1 sessions must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the class or session. Registration fees are non-refundable for any cancellations made after this timeframe. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the start of the class or session, will be fully refunded, minus a $5 administration fee.
 

Cancellations for courses, workshops and retreats will be fully refunded, minus a $25 administration fee, up to 30 days prior to the start of the course or workshop, unless otherwise stated on the website. Registration fees are non-refundable for any cancellations made after this timeframe. You may reschedule for the same workshop or retreat on a future date at no cost, only if this is offered on the website and written permission is granted by Christine Dowding Schmitz, CEO of The Mindful Journey LLC.
 

In its sole and absolute discretion, The Mindful Journey LLC may withdraw a registrant from any service for any reason. If The Mindful Journey LLC withdraws a registrant from a service, a pro-rated refund of registration fees will be granted for the period after the withdrawal. If a registrant voluntarily withdraws from a service after that offering begins, a pro-rated refund of registration fees for that service may not be granted by The Mindful Journey LLC.
 

This Cancellation Policy is effective as of January 1, 2023.
