In-Person Everyday Mindful Class
This is an in-person drop-in class that you can attend anytime it's offered in Boulder, CO.
Service Description
On the 3rd Thursday of each month, Christine will cover different topics as you explore mindfulness in community with others on the same journey. This class will deepen your understanding of mindfulness through talks, stories, humor and guided meditations. This is a safe space for sharing observations and asking questions to help support you in your own practice. You'll enjoy the proven benefits of meditation and learn how to bring mindfulness into everyday life. The same topic will be covered each month in both the online and in-person Everyday Mindful Classes. Registration for each class closes 24 hours before the start of that class.
