Service Description
Feeling stressed, anxious, or so busy you are living life on autopilot rather than being present? Struggling with focus at work, school or with sports? Finding you're reactive in your interactions with others and want to improve your relationships with your children, parents, partner or others? Wanting to meditate, yet have difficulty sitting? Finding it challenging to be with thoughts, emotions, or sensations that are arising? Christine can help guide you in establishing a daily practice, support you with difficulties that are arising, and help you to be mindful in all areas of your life. With compassion, kind attention, and experience, she can provide the gentle guidance you need to continue on your own mindful journey. Online Mindful Journey Sessions are available Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you need to schedule a time outside of what is available on the calendar, please contact Christine directly.
