Join Christine for this new class starting in January of 2025 as she partners with Dr. Christian Quiroz of Element Chiropractic the 2nd Thursday of every month 6-7:15pm at 5277 Manhattan Circle, Ste 260, Boulder, CO. Classes will start with a brief health talk and then Christine will explore different research-based mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you: - Manage stress, emotions, anxiety and depression. - Improve relationships. - Increase focus and performance. - Enhance health and well-being. - Live a healthier, happier life. Space is limited, so please register now. Please register for each class separately. This class explores the same topic as the Everyday Mindful Classes each month but also includes an additional health talk. We look forward to having you join us on this wellness journey!
